Infused Dried Sour Cherry
Fresh cherries, which have the indispensable flavors that nature offers us, are picked from the branch, dried and packaged with the freshness of the first day. You can use it both as an additive-free flavor for your herbal teas and in your cakes and desserts. It is also suitable for consumption as a snack between meals.
We offer a wide variety of dried fruits to customers, with the promise to contain the fruit ́s original fresh aroma and the perfect sweetness. We provide fresh, dried fruit, which is quality-infused in a solution of natural, tastefully concentrated (Organic) apple juice, or prepared and placed in a neutral (Organic) sugar solution.
Using natural osmosis, the fruit absorbs sweetness. Then the fruit is dried in a gentle process, so the finished product has soft and juicy consistency as well as a rich and intense taste. The dried fruits are produced in collaboration with selected suppliers who are specialists when it comes to preserving the fruit's own unique colour and experience of fruit quantities/measures.
