Organic farming is an agricultural production system that does not harm human health or the environment and is based on controlled and certified practices throughout all stages, from production to consumption, without the use of chemical inputs.
This approach aims to protect natural balance, preserve vital resources such as air and water, and sustain biodiversity.
As Kalkan Agriculture, we have been carrying out organic farming activities since 2012 in compliance with internationally recognized organic regulations. Our production processes are conducted in accordance with TR, EC, NOP, COR, Bio Suisse, IFOAM and JAS standards, and all organic products within our portfolio fully meet these requirements.
Our organic farming operations are regularly audited by independent and authorized organic certification bodies. These audits cover all stages from production to final release and verify the organic integrity of the products through official certification.
Our organic products are sourced from our contracted organic grower group. This group consists of carefully selected, experienced producers located in close proximity to our facilities and has been operating consistently since 2012.
The grower group is managed and supported by our experienced agricultural engineers. They provide guidance on approved organic inputs, training and regular inspections in line with organic farming requirements. From cultivation in the field to delivery to our processing facilities, all stages are continuously monitored and controlled.
Through our lot-based traceability system, it is possible to access detailed information including processing dates, grower identity, field location, harvest time and all farming practices applied during production.

Healthy and sustainable nutrition is essential for a better future. Organic farming provides healthy, clean, reliable, non-GMO and hormone-free products.
Organic farming processes cover all stages including harvesting, cutting, processing, grading, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation until the products reach the final consumer. All these stages are recorded, monitored and audited by control and certification bodies authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Consumers can transparently verify where, how and by whom the products were produced through the relevant organic certificates. In addition, laboratory analyses confirm that the products are healthy and compliant with organic standards.
